Challenges are voluntary. You agree to participate at your own risk and to listen to your body.

3. Community Guidelines

We treat each other with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or cheating on log entries will result in account termination.

AZFitClub is not a medical organization. Consult your physician before starting any new exercise regimen.
